Il s'agit bien d'équipement pour les forces Irakiennes ?

Je me rappelle qu'en 2004 ou 2005, on prévoyait de dizaines de F-15 et des centaines de M-1 pour cette nouvelle armée qui aurait du étre le bras droit des USA dans la région :)
